Dr. Lauren Petrick received a M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry from UC Davis (2005) and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from the Civil and Environmental Engineering Faculty, Technion (2011). Her research dealt with quantifying the environmental fate of indoor pollutants for use in exposure modeling and predicting potential health effects. Since completing her PhD, Lauren has continued quantitative research in indoor chemistry as well as begun investigating biological implications of exposure to pollution. She is currently investigating atherosclerosis indicators of exposure to environmental pollutants in-vitro.
